I booked it for 1 night and would stay here again. I thoroughly enjoyed that the staff were amiable. Had everything needed, including a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle, room was bright.

The apartment was in a great location, close to all the main attractions and public transportation. The security in the building was also top-notch, making us feel safe during our stay. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and crackers provided in the room.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par when we arrived. There were handprints all over the walls, stains on the furniture, and worn-out towels.

It was right place for travelling to Lisbon, I was glad to stay there. Staff provided a microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges. Overall experience was great.

I loved the apartment even though some things didn't work.

Everything here was perfect; would stay there again. We loved the stay, it was comfortable. The window was facing city. Location was favourable, very close to an art museum. Besides, shopping centers and a bakery were next door.

It had a great setting near to Rossio station, metros, trams, the ribeira and commercial/shopping areas, Shopping mall and the public transport. And I was located easy to get to-&-from the airport.

The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was also great to have a welcome pack that included information about the apartment layout and amenities. The complimentary wine and cheese was a nice touch and added to the festive Christmas atmosphere.

It would have been better if they had provided more basic necessities like soap, shampoo, and dishwashing tablets. Additionally, the lack of daily cleaning and the failure to remove the breakfast boxes were a letdown.

We had an excellent stay in Lisbon near to metro/train station, central Lisbon and the sea. Loved its facilities, including a dishwasher, a fridge and an electric kettle. The setting was unbeatable and incredible...

Hello Lisbon Baixa Chiado Apartments offered a fantastic location in Lisbon. the spacious and modern apartment was furnished to a high standard and kept very clean. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and all necessary amenities were provided. the central location made it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transportation, with metro, tram, and bus stops nearby. the building also had good security measures in place. A bottle of wine and crackers added a nice touch to our stay. Cons: Nothing, all great! 👍.

Traveling with my family, including two teenagers, Hello Lisbon Baixa Chiado Apartments in Baixa Chaido was in a great spot. The modern, fully furnished apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and waterfront. We also appreciated the convenience of having an elevator in the building.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The spacious apartment with new facilities made our stay comfortable. The easy access using codes gave us convenience. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our meals. The location was great, with a balcony providing a view of the main plaza and the river. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. The close proximity to a supermarket was a bonus.
